THE LAST GARAGE SALE ( ? )

Since 2007 Margie and I have done at least one Garage Sale together each Spring.

This Spring, 2011, we decided to make this our final Garage Sale!

We went all out, preparing at least a year in advance, and a week and a half in advance just setting up. This was it, our Grand Finale. Advertised it for 3 1/2 days.

WOW! Our first day was a knock-out.

Over the course of the sale we encountered a great deal of people, many we knew, and many were strangers, but we felt like we were all great friends. So many personalities, and so many interesting stories were shared. It was a GREAT time, 'wheelin and dealin' in the sun!

A smashing success! I made enough to buy a plane ticket to Dodge City, Kansas, to visit my daughter for a few days. Worth every minute, in so many different ways.
